On Wednesday, December 9th, between the hours of 7 AM and 4 PM, paving operations are scheduled to take place as part of the Town of Marana’s ongoing Adonis Subdivision Drainage Improvements project.

Crack seal work will begin at Costco Drive and the Orange Grove Road/Thornydale Road intersection on the evening of December 10 to December 11. Work will begin between the hours of 9:00pm to 5:00am. Expect lane shifts with traffic delays.

For Federal Fiscal Year 2021, the Governor’s Office of Highway Safety (GOHS) has awarded the Marana Police Department two grants that total $70,000 in funding.

The Marana Police Department delivered Thanksgiving meals to feed all the residents of the Marana Apartments and Don Frew Apartments. With the help of donations from both Waste Management and Walmart, a total of $5,500 dollars was raised to put together meals consisting of a turkey, sides, and a pie.
