The following building safety codes and local amendments have been adopted by the Town of Marana. All new applications received after July 18, 2025 shall comply with the codes listed below. Plans already in review or approved before July 18, 2025, can remain on the previously adopted code cycle. The codes are available for viewing at the public library or through the International Code Council online library and the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA).
