Building Code Amendments

The Marana Town Council adopted new building safety codes with local amendments on June 17,2025 which take effect on July 18, 2025. Check back soon for a list of the newly adopted codes and amendments.

The following building safety codes and local amendments have been adopted by the Town of Marana. All applications received on May 17, 2019 or before July 18, 2025 shall comply with the codes listed below.

The codes are available for viewing at the public library or through the International Code Council online library and the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA).
