Marana Road Utility Construction

American Power will be installing utility poles along the right-of-way of Marana Road from Sanders Road to Luckett Road beginning Monday, August 11th through Wednesday September 24th.

Rillito Village Trail New Access Drive Construction

Canyon Building and Design and Eagle Rock Excavating LLC will be installing a new driveway curb, and sidewalk on the northbound lane of Rillito Village Trail beginning Monday, August 11, 2025, through Thursday, September 11, 2025.

Clark Farms Boulevard & Tangerine Farms Road Utility Installation

CMBowen Contracting will be installing utility conduits just north of the intersection at W Clark Farms Boulevard and N Tangerine Farms Road starting Tuesday morning on August 19, 2025, through Tuesday afternoon on September 2, 2025.

Dove Mountain Blvd and Moore Road Intersection Improvement Project

The Arizona Department of Transportation, in collaboration with the Town of Marana, is reconstructing Dove Mountain Boulevard at the Moore Road intersection. The project shutdown started on April 1, 2025, and it is expected to restart and be completed in fall 2025.

Twin Peaks Road Water Line Installation

Borderland Construction will be installing a water line across the W Camino De Manana and Twin Peaks Road intersection starting Tuesday morning (September 2, 2025) through Friday afternoon (September 12, 2025).

REVISED Sandario Road Curb and Sidewalk Installation

KE&G Construction will be installing curb and sidewalk along N Sandario Road between Barnett Road and Clark Farms Boulevard.
Work is scheduled to begin Thursday, September 4, 2025, and will be finished by Monday, October 6, 2025.

Marana Main & Grier Road

Ellison-Mills Contracting will be working on removing heavy sediment, removing dead trees, and cleaning out dry wells from the basins on Marana Main Street as long as weather permits.

Tangerine Road Phase 2A – Westbound Paving

Starting Monday, September 8, 2025, Borderland will be paving the first lift of asphalt for the new westbound lanes from the railroad tracks to the east project limits.

UPDATE Avra Valley Road Guardrail Repair

Borderland Construction will be repairing the guardrail along W Avra Valley Road, starting at Air Commerce Way and continuing approximately 1,000 feet east. A lane shift and speed reduction will be in place on Tuesday, September 9, 2025, from 6:30 AM until 4:00 PM.

Paving at Rillito Village Trail and Calmat Drive

Canyon Building and Design and Eagle Rock Excavating LLC will be repaving at the intersection of N. Rillito Village Trail and Calmat Drive beginning Wednesday (September 17, 2025) at 5:00 AM through Tuesday (September 30, 2025) 5:00 PM.
