What is the CityView Portal, and when will it go live?
A centralized digital portal for applying, submitting, paying, and tracking various Town services. The City View Portal is scheduled to go live in late April 2026.
Do I need an account?
Yes. Most services require a secure login to submit, upload, and track progress.
Can I still come into the office or call in?
Yes. Staff are still available, but most submissions and payments can be done online.
Will I be notified when my permit or request moves forward?
Yes. CityView automatically sends status updates.
Will there be training or help?
Yes. Videos, help guides, and live support will be available.
Is there a fee to pay online?
Credit card payments will include a 3% processing fee. Check, e-check, and in-person cash payments do not incur fees.
