FAQ

What is the CityView Portal, and when will it go live?

A centralized digital portal for applying, submitting, paying, and tracking various Town services. The City View Portal is scheduled to go live in late April 2026. 

Do I need an account?

Yes. Most services require a secure login to submit, upload, and track progress.

Can I still come into the office or call in?

Yes. Staff are still available, but most submissions and payments can be done online. 

Will I be notified when my permit or request moves forward?

Yes. CityView automatically sends status updates.

Will there be training or help? 

Yes. Videos, help guides, and live support will be available. 

Is there a fee to pay online?

Credit card payments will include a 3% processing fee. Check, e-check, and in-person cash payments do not incur fees. 

Instructions

Information about permit submittal requirements can be obtained by contacting the relevant department. 

Please submit the completed application along with all forms and attachments electronically through the City View Portal. If means to submit electronically are unavailable, applicants can submit in person or by mail using a print copy to the Ed Honea Marana Municipal Complex at 11555 W. Civic Center Drive. 

The application and review status can be viewed through the City View Portal, which is the online application and information system. Notice of correction or approval will be communicated via email to the applicant listed on the application.

Payments

Fee Schedule information can be found at maranaAZ.gov/finance.

Notice of payable fees will be provided through the City View Portal. 

Payments can be made through the City View Portal using a credit card or e-check. A 3% processing fee will apply to credit card payments. To avoid this convenience fee, payments can be made through e-check, check, or in-person cash. If sending check by mail, please send to: Town of Marana, Cashiering 11555 W Civic Center Dr. Building A2 Marana, AZ 85653.

Timeframes

Pursuant to and subject to A.R.S. § 9-836 (2019), the Town of Marana hereby establishes its licensing time frames, available here.
