LaunchPad

LaunchPad is a one-week experience built to help incoming high school juniors and seniors level up for real life. From learning how to crush an interview and build a resume to understanding money and exploring real career paths, LaunchPad gives you the skills schools don’t always teach. With behind-the-scenes tours of places like the Town of Marana, the Marana Police Department, and other local organizations, you won’t just hear about jobs — you’ll see what they’re actually like. 

Launchpad was created for students who are wondering: What’s next? College, trades, careers, and everything in between can feel overwhelming, especially when no one really shows you how it all works. LaunchPad exists to bridge that gap and give students practical skills they can use immediately, no matter what path they choose. Students will get a chance to meet professionals, ask questions, and see what different careers actually look like day-to-day. From public service to local business and leadership roles, LaunchPad opens doors students may not even know exist. But LaunchPad isn’t just about careers — it’s about confidence. Students leave knowing how to introduce themselves, how to talk about their strengths, how to manage money, and how to take responsibility for their future. It’s about helping young people believe in themselves and giving them the tools to move forward with purpose. LET’S GO ONWARD AND UPWARD.
