The information on this page can help our residential customers when they are in a greater than 60 day delinquent status . There are additional resources available at the bottom of this page for those with additional needs or hardships.


There are two payment plan options available for for residential customers only. They are outlined below. Complete the application by clicking on the button below. Marana Water staff will review and respond to the customer within 10 business days of submission. Completion of an application is only the first step in engaging into a payment plan with Marana Water. The plan will become active when Marana Water staff confirms the receipt of the application and contacts the customer with the amount of the down payment and monthly payments.

Submission of the application does not guarantee approval of a payment plan.

We encourage those that are able to pay their bill in full to do so as soon as possible to avoid disruption of service.
