MARANA REGIONAL AIRPORT
The Marana Regional Airport (AVQ) is classified as a general aviation reliever airport for Tucson International. It is located approximately 15 nautical miles northwest of Tucson and is 5 miles west of Interstate 10 on Avra Valley Road. The airport is home to more than 260 based aircraft and had more than 90,000 takeoffs and landings in 2014. The airport's main runway is 6,901 feet and the crosswind runway is 3,892 feet.

Since fall 2016, Marana Regional Airport has worked with a variety of stakeholders to update its Master Plan. That final document is now complete and can be accessed below.
