Notice of Public Hearing - Conditional Use Permit

The Marana Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on July 31, 2019 at or after 6:30 PM in the Mayor and Council Chambers, Marana Municipal Complex, 11555 W. Civic Center Drive, Marana, AZ, to consider the following:

Baker & Associates Engineering, Inc. has submitted an application requesting approval of a Conditional Use Permit to allow for a restaurant with an associated drive-through located at 13925 N. Sandario Road. The zoning for the property is F (Marana Towne Center Specific Plan) with a planning area designation of DZ (Downtown Zone).  

Pursuant to the Marana Towne Center Specific Plan, approval of a conditional use permit is required for the development of a restaurant with an associated drive-through.

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Town of Marana, Arizona, no sooner than 15 days from the date of this notice, will consider approving the following new fees, changes and/or fee increases on August 6, 2019, (with deletions to existing fees shown with strikeouts and additions to existing fees shown with double underlining)::

The Marana Town Council will hold a public hearing on August 6, 2019 at or after 7:00 p.m. in the Mayor and Council Chambers, Marana Municipal Complex, 11555 W. Civic Center Drive, Marana, Arizona. A schedule of the proposed new or increased fees that includes the amount of the fee and a written report or data that supports the new or increased fee is also available on the Town's website.
