Public Records Requests including copies of resolutions can be submitted online or in person at the Marana Municipal Complex.
Notice of claims
Claims must be filed with the Town Clerk's Office and submitted with a "wet" signature. We cannot process claims electronically.
All applications must be applied for through the State Department of Liquor Licenses and Control. Applications are sent to the local governing body for additional review and consideration by the Town Council. Agendas and Minutes
Council agendas and minutes are prepared by the Town Clerk's Office. Agendas are posted online at least 24 hours prior to a meeting. Draft minutes are posted online within 72 hours of a meeting.
Boards, Committees and Commissions
Applications are advertised online and on the Marana Municipal Complex and the Marana Operations Center outdoor bulletin boards.
STATEMENT OF LOCATIONS WHERE NOTICES OF MEETINGS OF THE TOWN OF MARANA WILL BE POSTED
Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.02, the Town of Marana hereby states that all notices of the meetings of the Marana Town Council and any of its committees and subcommittees will be posted outside the Marana Operations Center, 5100 West Ina Road, Tucson, AZ 85743, outside the Administration Building of the Marana Municipal Complex, 11555 W. Civic Center Drive, Marana, AZ 85653 and on the Town website, www.maranaAZ.gov.
The notice locations are available to the public 24/7. Such notices indicate the date, time and place of the meeting and include an agenda or information concerning the manner in which the public may obtain an agenda for the meeting. Meeting cancellations are posted in the same manner.
