The Marana Town Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, January 20, 2026 at or after 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at the Ed Honea Marana Municipal Complex located at 11555 W. Civic Center Drive, Marana, Arizona, to consider the following:
An application submitted by Post & Lebsock, PLLC, representing the property owners, Desert Heritage Limited Partnership, et al, requesting from the Marana Town Council approval to amend several rezoning conditions of Marana Ordinance No. 2013.003, which adopted the Marana Towne Center Specific Plan.
The proposed amendment to Ordinance No. 2013.003 includes revisions to conditions of rezoning related to transportation improvements, which are inconsistent with Town of Marana actions that have occurred since the adoption of the ordinance, as well as revisions to other conditions of rezoning to conform to current Town of Marana policies and standard conditions.
The property subject to this application consists of approximately 462 acres and is generally located south of Marana Road, north of Grier Road, and west of Sandario Road within a portion of Sections 20 and 21, Township 11S, Range 11E.
