The Marana Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on January 28, 2026, at or after 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at the Ed Honea Marana Municipal Complex located at 11555 W. Civic Center Drive, Marana, Arizona, to consider the following:
An application submitted by Expedite the Diehl, LLC, representing the property owner, DP Land Holdings IX LLC, is requesting approval from the Planning Commission of a Conditional Use Permit on an approximately 1.98 acre parcel, zoned as “VC” Village Commercial, for a 65’ ‘Lifted Trucks’ Freestanding Interstate Sign.
The property subject to this application is generally located Southeast of the Ina Road and I-10 Interstate within a portion of Section 06, Township 13S, Range 13E.
