The Marana Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on August 27, 2025 at or after 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at the Marana Municipal Complex located at 11555 W. Civic Center Drive, Marana, Arizona, to consider the following:
An application submitted by Lazarus & Silvyn, P.C., representing Red Point Development, Inc., requesting a recommendation to the Marana Town Council to approve amendments to the Cascada Specific Plan and the Cascada North Specific Plan.
The amendments to the specific plans propose comprehensive revisions to the land use proposal, development plan, development and design standards, and implementation and administration provisions and regulations of both plans and are collectively represented as the Cascada II Specific Plan.
The property subject to this application is generally located east of Interstate 10 and north of Twin Peaks Road within a portion of Sections 9, 10, and 15, Township 12S, Range 12E.
