MARANA- The Marana Police Department would like to thank the community for their generosity after another successful Tip-A-Cop fundraising event for the Special Olympics Arizona. This year, the department is proud to announce that $2,912 was raised for the Special Olympics. The event was held from 4:00 to 9:00 p.m. on May 7, 2025, at the Texas Roadhouse located at 8450 N. Cracker Barrel Road.

Marana Police officers volunteered their time serving tables, interacting with guests, and collecting donations for the organization. Guests also had the opportunity to view static displays from various specialized MPD units, including SWAT/EOD, K9s, and the Traffic Unit.

We extend a heartfelt thank you to Texas Roadhouse and their team for their continued partnership and commitment to making this event a success.

All proceeds from the event will benefit Special Olympics Arizona, helping to provide year-round sports training, competitions, and leadership programs for thousands of athletes statewide.
