The Town Clerk’s Office maintains official municipal election filings for the Town of Marana. This page includes candidate filings, political action committee filings, campaign finance reports, referendum filings, and other related election records.

During the Election Cycle, each candidate committee is required to submit regularly scheduled campaign finance reports, as well as other filing documents.

Active Committees Owing Penalties Pursuant to A.R.S. § 16-928(C)

Pursuant to A.R.S. § 16-928(C), the Town Clerk is required to publish, within five days after each campaign finance reporting deadline, a listing of all active committees that owe late-filing penalties. The information below reflects outstanding penalties administered by the Town of Marana.
