The Marana Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on May 28, 2025 at or after 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at the Marana Municipal Complex located at 11555 W. Civic Center Drive, Marana, Arizona, to consider the following: 

An application submitted by D's Signs and Lighting LLC, representing the property owner, MOON VALLEY FARMS OF AZ LLC, is requesting approval from the Planning Commission of a Conditional Use Permit on an approximately 18.23 acre parcel, zoned as “B” Medium Lot Zone, for a 20’ freestanding interstate sign. 

The property subject to this application is generally located West of N Casa Grande Highway, North of Barnett Road, and East of Postville Road within a portion of Section 26, Township 11S, Range 11E.
