Tangerine Road Phase 2A Widening Project - Traffic Lane Shift

Starting Tuesday, August 18 through Wednesday, August 19, Borderland will have a crew working on the median and shoulder along Tangerine Road just east of the Maverik gas station and east of the Trico building. Motorists should expect the following travel restrictions:

• Median Work: Westbound Tangerine Road traffic approaching the Maverik gas station will be reduced to the outside lane only through the work zone.
• Shoulder Work: Eastbound Tangerine Road traffic just east of Trico will be reduced to the middle lane only through the work zone.

Traffic control devices will be removed once work is complete each day. Please be aware of traffic control during this time.

For your safety and that of the contractor’s personnel, please comply with traffic control devices, flagging personnel, and/or detour signs. If inclement weather or other events cause delays, the work may be rescheduled without further notice.

Hours of Operation for Traffic Lane Change: 5:30 am to 2:00 pm

Travel time through the project area may increase during construction so please adjust your schedule accordingly. Construction may restrict traffic lanes and create congestion. Taking alternate routes is suggested.
