The Marana Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on July 29, 2026 at or after 6:00 p.m. at the Marana Municipal Complex located at 11555 W. Civic Center Drive, Marana, Arizona, to consider the following:
An application submitted by Paradigm Land Design, representing the property owner PVC Properties Corp., is requesting a rezone of a property located at the northwest corner of W Marana Road and N Wentz Road within Township 11S, Range 11E, Section 19, from Zone B (Medium Lot) and Zone A (Small Lot) to R-4 (Residential).
