The Marana Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on July 29, 2026 at or after 6:00 p.m. at the Marana Municipal Complex located at 11555 W. Civic Center Drive, Marana, Arizona, to consider the following:
An application submitted by Oro Valley Church of the Nazarene, represented by Paradigm Land Design, is requesting a rezone of a property located at the southwest corner of Twin Peaks Road and W Desert Falcon Lane within Township 12S, Range 12E, Section 11, from R-36 (Residential) to SP (Specific Plan).
