In accordance with Section 3-4-31(B) of the Marana Town Code, notice is hereby given that the Town of Marana intends to dispose of an excess quantity of approximately 400,000 cubic yards of clean fill dirt from an active construction site located at 14393 N. Luckett Road, Marana, AZ 85653. The dirt will be stockpiled at a rate of approximately 20,000 cubic yards per day beginning around mid-February 2026 through mid-April 2026, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM until 2:30 PM, although the available dirt per day may vary depending on construction needs at the site. The dirt will be available on an ongoing first-come, first-served basis to those willing to provide all necessary equipment, labor, transportation, and other expenses associated with participating in the removal of dirt from the site. Interested parties must contact Rudy Torres, Town of Marana Procurement Officer, at rtorres@maranaaz.gov or at 520-382-1983 and will be required to enter into an agreement with the Town.
