The Marana Town Council will hold a public hearing on September 2, 2025 at or after 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at the Marana Municipal Complex located at 11555 W. Civic Center Drive, Marana, Arizona, to consider the following:
An application submitted by The Planning Center, representing WGML Investments, Ltd., requesting approval of a rezoning of approximately 39 acres of land from R-144 (Single-Family Residential) to R-4 (Single-Family Residential). The proposed rezoning is accompanied by a request to amend the Make Marana 2040 General Plan, as it applies to the rezoning area, from Low-Density Residential to Traditional Neighborhood.
The property subject to these applications is generally located north of Linda Vista Boulevard southeast of Twin Peaks Road within a portion of Section 14, Township 12S, Range 12E.
