The Marana Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on October 29, 2025 at or after 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at the Marana Municipal Complex located at 11555 W. Civic Center Drive, Marana, Arizona, to consider the following:
An application submitted by AT & T Mobility, representing the property owner, Oracle Greenrock LLC, is requesting approval from the Planning Commission of a Conditional Use Permit on an approximately 1.71 acre parcel, zoned as “VC” Village Commercial, for a 50’ wireless communications facility, concealed as a water tower.
The property subject to this application is generally located South of West Tangerine Road a quarter mile East of N Lon Adams Road within a portion of Section 34, Township 11S, Range 11E.
