The Marana Town Council will hold a public hearing on October 21, 2025 at or after 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at the Marana Municipal Complex located at 11555 W. Civic Center Drive, Marana, Arizona, to consider the following:
An application submitted by Lazarus & Silvyn, P.C., representing BP Cascada Partners, LLC and the property owners, requesting approval of the Cascada II Specific Plan.
The property subject to this application is generally located east of Interstate 10 and north of Twin Peaks Road within a portion of Sections 9, 10, 15, and 22 Township 12S, Range 12E.
