The Marana Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on December 10, 2025 at or after 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at the Marana Municipal Complex located at 11555 W. Civic Center Drive, Marana, Arizona, to consider the following:
An application submitted by Post & Lebsock, PLLC, representing the property owners, Desert Heritage Limited Partnership, et al, requesting a recommendation to the Marana Town Council for approval to amend the Marana Towne Center Specific Plan, specifically the rezoning conditions stated within Ordinance No. 2013.003 adopting the specific plan.
The proposed amendment to Ordinance No. 2013.003 includes revisions to conditions related to the obligation and timing for construction of on-site and off-site infrastructure largely due to changes in policies, plans, and regulations that have occurred since the adoption of Ordinance No. 2013.003 by the Marana Town Council on March 5, 2013.
The property subject to this application consists of approximately 462 acres and is generally located south of Marana Road, north of Grier Road, and west of Sandario Road within a portion of Sections 20 and 21, Township 11S, Range 11E.
