The Marana Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on December 10, 2025 at or after 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at the Marana Municipal Complex located at 11555 W. Civic Center Drive, Marana, Arizona, to consider the following:
An application submitted by Lazarus & Silvyn, P.C., representing the property owner Kai Family Tr 97 & Kai Family Tr 97 S12 LLC, is requesting a recommendation to the Marana Town Council for approval to rezone their property from R-144 - Single Family Residential to SP - Specific Plan, creating the Luckett Road South Specific Plan, as well as a minor amendment to the Make Marana 2040 General Plan land use designation from Employment to Master Planned Area.
The property subject to this application is approximately 310.7 acres and is located at 14990 W Hardin Rd, northwest of the intersection of N Luckett Rd and W Hardin Rd.
