One of the industrial buildings located near Tangerine Road and Interstate-10 within the Southern Arizona Logistics Center has been sold, and a supply chain company will be occupying the building.
The following projects are currently in administrative, planning, or engineering review. This phase focuses on evaluating compliance with zoning, site design, infrastructure, and building standards.
