Public hearing scheduled for data center rezoning application

The Town of Marana has issued public notices for two rezoning applications related to properties being considered for a potential data center development. The applications will both be heard by the Marana Planning Commission on December 10, 2025, at or after 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at the Ed Honea Marana Municipal Complex, 11555 W. Civic Center Drive. Any person may appear and be heard before the Planning Commission.

The Planning Commission agenda will be posted at least 24 hours prior to the meeting on the Public Meetings, Agendas, and Minutes webpage. Both applications will be reviewed in accordance with the Town’s Data Center Ordinance.
