Public hearing for data center rezoning application January 6

The Town of Marana has issued public notices for two rezoning applications related to properties being considered for a potential data center development. The applications will both be heard by the Marana Town Council on January 6, 2026 at or after 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at the Ed Honea Marana Municipal Complex, 11555 W. Civic Center Drive. Any person may appear and be heard before the Planning Commission.
