Steps for Vendor Participation

Please read the following information carefully before submitting your interest form.

Cost to Participate

Signature Events

Marana’s large-scale annual events
Note: All fees are paid online.

  • $125 for commercial businesses
  • $50 non-profit organizations

Community Events

Marana’s small events that are annual, periodical, or one-time

  • $25 for all vendors

Additional Fees

  • A $7.50 registration fee will be added to all transactions
  • A $3 merchant fee will be added to all credit card transactions. Vendors have the option of paying through their bank account instead.

Important Notes

  1. Vendors are invited and reserved on a first-come, first-served basis based on the needs of the event. Submitting an interest form for Town of Marana events is not considered an application and does not automatically guarantee a spot. All vendors must be invited. The Events Team will ONLY reach out with an event invitation or to request additional information; vendors will not be notified if they were not selected for an event.
  2. When submitting your interest form, be prepared to share a small description of your business/organization for our website.
  3. Once a vendor is invited, the following will be required:
    1. Signed Vendor Agreement (required by Signature Events Division)
    2. Business license/non-profit status (required by Finance Department)
    3. Pima County health permit - food vendors only (required by Finance Department)
    4. Certificate of Insurance and page of Endorsement - food vendors only (required by Signature Events Division)
  4. Food Vendors: For all events, please reference NWFD’s food truck inspection checklist to ensure compliance. All food trucks are subject to inspection by NWFD and Town of Marana Safety Staff at all events. View the checklist(PDF, 218KB).
  5. The sale of tobacco, vaping materials, CBD, cannabis products, weapons of any kind, and alcohol is not permitted.

Vendor Interest Form

Please note: This form is to express your annual interest only and is not intended to be an application for any specific event(s). Your information will be saved for our reference going forward, and you will be directly contacted if/when there is a space at an event for your business. You will NOT be contacted if not selected for an event, but you will be considered for all opportunities marked on your submission.

We are currently accepting vendor interest forms from both food and non-food vendors. This is not a guarantee of availability or invitation to any upcoming event, but all submissions will be reviewed, and you may be contacted in the future for any events that you indicate interest for. All vendor spots for Fall Festival 2025 are fully booked. Holiday Festival 2025 currently has a vendor wait list.
