CDBG Annual Action Plan Social Square

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development requires the Town of Marana to prepare and submit an Annual Action Plan that outlines how the Town intends to spend approximately $210,000 in federal CDBG funds. The process for selecting activities that will be funded as part of the PY 2026 CDBG Annual Action Plan will begin with two Community Meetings to solicit ideas for potential activities or projects. Both sessions will cover the same information.

CDBG funds must be used to: benefit low-and moderate-income (LMI) persons of the Town of Marana; to prevent or alleviate slum and blight; and/or address urgent need of the Town and must be consistent with the Town’s Five-Year Consolidated Plan.
