Zumba Fitness
August Session Begins
This Zumba class works for everybody and every body with variations for all fitness levels.
We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why these fitness classes are so often called exercise in disguise.
No dance experience is necessary.

Dates: Tuesdays and Thursdays, August 1-31
Time: 5:20 p.m. - 6:20 p.m.
Ages: 13 Years Old and Up Location: Marana Community Center
Cost: $62.50 Resident / $78.13 Non-resident
