Firework Permits & Liquor Licenses

The following types of liquor license applications must be submitted through the Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses and Control (DLLC).  Once submitted, the DLLC will forward the application to the appropriate local governing body for further review and consideration:

  • New Application
  • Person-to-Person Transfers
  • Location-to- Location Transfers
  • Acquisition of Control / Agency Changes
  • Sampling Privileges

For Special Event Liquor Licenses and Extension of Premises/Patio requests, applications must first be submitted to the local governing body.  If the application is recommended for approval locally, the applicant will then submit the application to the DLLC for final approval and processing.

All fireworks display permit applications will also be reviewed by the applicable fire department or district.
