Are you going on Vacation? Leaving for the Summer or the holidays?
If you are leaving Town for vacation and your home will be unoccupied for at least seven days, the Marana Police Department Volunteers can provide a security check at your residence in your absence. This is a free service provided to our Community. The checks will be provided as frequently as staffing allows. Members of the Marana Police Volunteer program will check the exterior of your home for any disturbances. If a problem is found, you or your emergency contact person will be notified immediately.
The home owner is responsible for requesting this information no less then five (5) days prior to leaving.
Program Requirements:
Must be a resident and live within the Town of Marana
Can NOT be an unoccupied rental property
Can NOT be an unoccupied residence listed for sale
Can NOT be an unoccupied residence for more than six months out of the year
