Departing Marana Chamber of Commerce President and CEO Audra Winters

Town of Marana Mayor and Council and the Marana Business Community do sincerely extend their appreciation to Audra Winters for her leadership in the Marana Chambers of Commerce and Visitor's Center and thank her for her dedicated service to the Marana community.

Audra Winters was selected to lead the Marana Chamber of Commerce (MCOC) in 2019 after having served as the President/CEO for Farmington, New Mexico Chamber of Commerce for five years. Audra and her husband of 17 years, James Winters, and their Great Dane/St. Bernard, Ally, set their sights on Marana, Arizona, relocating shortly thereafter.

Under Audra's leadership, the MCOC membership experienced an increase to over 600 members and was instrumental in leading the efforts in selling the MCOC’s former site and relocating to its current location at the Marana Municipal Complex. Audra was successful in her application to the State of Arizona to establish the MCOC in becoming a Visitor's Center, and the MCOC-VC was awarded a grant from the State of Arizona to assist small businesses. Audra led the MCOC-VC through the pandemic without closing the Chamber to all business, and she later created a COVID grant that was accessible to its members.

Audra and her family (James and Ally) will be moving back to the New Mexico area on June 30, where she has accepted a position as the Executive Director of San Juan Medical Foundation, as well as to reconnect with family and friends.
