COMING UP NEXT…
The world’s largest functioning steam locomotive, known as Big Boy No. 4014, made its way through Marana on Thursday morning, and made a stop in Tuscon on Friday. The locomotive is making a year-long trip in celebration of the 150th anniversary of the completion of the transcontinental railroad.
The contractor is on schedule to complete milling (remove old asphalt) and paving the disturbed portion of Hartman Lane from Linda Vista to just south of Overton Road by the end of the day Friday, October 18.

Unforeseen conditions have resulted in the rescheduling of the asphalt pavement sealcoating of the southern half of McDuff Road between Grier Road and the eastbound I-10 frontage road. This work will now take place on Thursday, 10/17/2019. Work crews will be present from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
