D.R. Horton, Inc. is holding an informational meeting for Saguaro Bloom homeowners at the Town of Marana Municipal Complex, located at 11555 W Civic Center Drive, Marana, AZ 85653, on Monday, April 23, 2018. Registration will commence at 5:45 P.M. with the meeting starting promptly at 6:00 P.M. 

The purpose of the meeting is to provide information to the Saguaro Bloom homeowners regarding the Saguaro Bloom (aka Saguaro Springs) Community Facilities District (CFD) and the upcoming initial bond offering by the District.  The District is considering the issuance of bonded debt which, when issued, will be repaid through ad valorem taxes (property taxes) paid by property owners within the District. There will be a brief presentation after which representatives of D.R. Horton and the District will be available for questions.  Attached for your reference is a brief summary of the CFD.
