PUBLIC MEETINGS, AGENDAS, & MINUTES

Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.02, the Town of Marana hereby states that all notices of the meetings of the Marana Town Council and any of its committees and subcommittees will be posted outside the Marana Operations Center, 5100 West Ina Road, Tucson, AZ 85743, outside the Administration Building of the Marana Municipal Complex, 11555 W. Civic Center Drive, Marana, AZ 85653 and on the Town website, www.maranaaz.gov.

Pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.01 (E) A recording of Council or Planning Commission meetings is available for public inspection within three working days after a meeting. Draft minutes or an administrative summary describing legal actions taken by the public body are posted on the town's website within 72 hours. Within two working days following approval of the minutes, final minutes are posted on the town's website, www.maranaaz.gov.

The notice locations are available to the public 24/7.  Such notices indicate the date, time and place of the meeting and include an agenda or information concerning the manner in which the public may obtain an agenda for the meeting. Meeting cancellations are posted in the same manner.
